CUSTOMER FOCUS
At Done Design, all of our work is customer driven. To ensure we are able to provide what the customer needs, we require a complete set of technical documents prior to the onset of manufacturing and a thorough list of customer requirements to engage in a design process.
PROCESS APPROACH
To ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency, we use a process-based approach to quality management. We extend this approach to both our in-house processes and our process to select contract manufacturers for work that we outsource.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Employee collaboration is key to improving our processes. We foster a culture of collaboration, where all employees are invited to contribute ideas, identify opportunities for enhancement, and participate in problem-solving strategies. By listening to and working with all employees, we can make informed decisions to continuously improve our QMS processes and thus our customer satisfaction and success.
TRAINING
To enable all employees to perform their roles effectively and contribute to our quality objectives, we provide proper training and resources to all employees based on their responsibilities.
RISK-ANALYSIS
Our ability to design and produce quality and cost-effective products hinges greatly on the competence of our employees, supply chain resources, our ability to perform work in- or out of-house, and the thoroughness of our processes. Pro-active mitigation strategies, such as monitoring lead times on parts, enforcing an approval process for suppliers, increasing in-house manufacturing capabilities, and maintaining solid relationships with contract manufacturers, are used to ensure we can produce what the customer needs, when they need it, and how they want it.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS
We are committed to complying with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. We regularly review and update our processes to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks. Requirements may include, but are not limited to OSHA Standards, ITAR regulations, DFARS regulations, and NIST800-171 compliance.
QUALITY CONTROL
All designs and products shall receive an appropriate level of quality review at multiple stages of work.
This policy is used as a framework to determine quality objectives, is communicated within the organization, and is available to interested parties, as appropriate.
